Voting Committee Member- Required to commit to participate actively in monthly meetings and Oxford Pride Events. This may also include additional meetings called by the President as well as subcommittees. Members are expected to RSVP and miss no more than 3 meetings a year unless extenuating circumstances. Committing to a 10-12 month term is requested to ensure consistency.

Non-Voting Committee Member- Welcomed to attend as many monthly meetings as possible to support planning Pride events and other initiatives. Encouraged to help out at Oxford Pride events. No attendance/participation requirements. No voting privileges.

Event Specific Volunteer- Role is event specific, for example helping out at Family Day Pride. No expectation to attend committee meetings.
