Becca Neepinn
Rebecca Neepin is a proud Cree woman from Fox Lake Cree Nation and a proud member of the Bear Clan. She is the founder of Two Row Creeations, a grassroots organization dedicated to cultural education, youth empowerment, and reconciliation across Oxford County. Through her ongoing work, Rebecca leads Two Row Learning, a program that brings Indigenous teachings, smudging, crafts, and conversation to community spaces like the Woodstock and Ingersoll Public Libraries.
Rebecca is also the owner of R&B Creeations, a successful custom apparel business she has operated for over six years—creating everything from cultural awareness designs to workplace uniforms. She works full-time as a laser operator at Tigercat, balancing entrepreneurship, community leadership, and family life as a proud mother of her two children.
As the Indigenous Ambassador for Pride Oxford, Rebecca advocates for inclusion, representation, and understanding between Indigenous and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. With close family connections to Two-Spirit loved ones, she is deeply passionate about creating spaces that honour identity, culture, and belonging.
Rebecca believes that visibility and education go hand in hand—and that when we walk together in truth, love, and respect, our communities become stronger for everyone.
"As the Indigenous Ambassador, I bring cultural awareness, lived experience, and a deep commitment to creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. I carry forward my teachings as a proud Cree woman from Fox Lake Cree Nation—honouring the Two-Spirit identity within our Nations and the importance of walking together in unity. Through my work with Two Row Creeations and Two Row Learning, I bring opportunities for cultural sharing, drumming, smudging, and meaningful dialogue that connect Indigenous and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. I believe in leading with heart, respect, and laughter—bridging worlds through education, creativity, and compassion."
