Annual Online Auction

June 1st our annual online auction returns! We are very grateful to the many businesses and organizations who have donated items to our auction. We will add items regularly up until June 23rd with the last item closing on June 30th. Each item will remain on the auction block for one week and all closing times are at 6:00 pm.

Bidding is easy. You do not need to register to bid. Just click the item you are interested in, enter your bid and the click submit. You also have the option of setting a maximum bid. This would save you time coming back to rebid when you are outbid. When you are outbid it will increase your bid to $1 over the last winning bid, up to your maximum bid. You will receive an email confirming your bid, when being outbid and when you win an auction.

All items are listed in the sidebar (on desktop), or if you are on mobile just scroll down.

If you have any questions, please reach out using the contact us link at the top left of the page. This includes wanting to see an item before bidding or any questions you may have on the item.

Community Grant Recipient

We are proud to be one of the eleven recipients of the fall intake of the Community Grants Program approved by Woodstock City Council.

Eleven non-profit charities and organizations will receive a combined total of $41,000 this time around.

The funds will go towards the purchase of more Pride banners which will be hung in Woodstock, Ingersoll, Tillsonburg, and Norwich during the month of June, also known as Pride Month.

The money distributed through the Community Grants Program comes from the slot revenues the city receives from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, for hosting Gateway Casinos. The city distributes two rounds of community grants each year, one in the spring and another in the fall.
Local charities and non-profits who would like to receive funding from the upcoming spring intake of the program have until March 1st at 4:30 p.m. to submit an application form.
