We are a grassroots organization, part of the Ontario Native Women’s Association, and a program of CMHATV-My Sisters’ Place. We are dedicated to keeping our Indigenous culture alive, helping with community events, and spreading Indigenous teachings and songs through drumming and cultural events.

Bob’s Yer Funkle
Bob’s Yer Funkle is a band that delivers an electrifying performance of the very best in Motown, Disco, Soul, Top 40, Funk & Pop. The group is led by the talented, humble, and proud LGBTQ2+ member, Shelly Faris, who captivates the audience with her in “yer” face dynamic, energetic stage presence, and fun personality. She sees every performance as an opportunity to connect with the audience and spread the love the world so desperately needs. Her passion for music and desire for togetherness shine through in every note she sings. Chris Norley is a virtuoso on lead guitar and has some mighty harmonies t’boot! If you’re lucky, you may even catch Norley taking the lead on some of the band’s most beloved songs. Dean Harrison is a master on keys, synth, and horn parts, and his skills are matched only by his smooth and soulful backing vocals. Al Richardson is powerhouse on bass, slapping out driving rhythms and providing some pitch-perfect supporting vocal lines. Last but not least, Don McDougall holds it all together with his impeccable drumming, keeping the beat going and the crowd engaged. Together, the Funkles are a force to be reckoned with, and their infectious energy and love of music will keep you dancing, laughing, and loving life throughout every performance!

Victor Quinlan is an openly Trans and Queer artist who writes and performs songs about growing up, gender, and love.
Patrick Jackson Murphy
Patrick Jackson Murphy is a talented local recording artist whose musical style is a mix of rock, blues, jazz, and folk. His debut solo album, “Soften Your Eyes, Liberate Your Soul” was released in December 2023. In addition to his solo work, he features as the lead guitarist in Smile ‘N’ Wave, one of southwestern Ontario’s favourite 80s cover bands, and the recently launched 70s cover band, Hey! Rock Steady.

A Pride Service will be held at the Norwich United Church
“Naughty Night Out” Bingo June 5
We are partnering with “Upper Thames Brewery” and the “Red Light District” to bring you “Naughty night out Bingo”
Bingo starts at 7 pm until 9 pm with Sloppy Joe host.
